Parties and Operator

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of JobPulse:

By installing JobPulse, starting a trial, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

What JobPulse Is

JobPulse is a Chrome browser extension that monitors job search pages you have open in your browser and sends you a notification via Telegram or Slack when a new job post matching your saved keywords appears.

JobPulse is a passive notification tool. It reads content that is already visible in your browser and takes no actions on any website on your behalf — it never clicks, applies, fills in forms, or interacts with any page element.

JobPulse operates locally within your browser. No data from your job search activity is transmitted to JobPulse servers. The only outbound communication is the notification sent to your own Telegram or Slack account.

To use JobPulse you must:

Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is applied during the trial period. Your payment details are collected at the start of the trial and billing begins automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that point.

4.2 Recurring Subscription

After the trial period, JobPulse is billed as a monthly subscription at the then-current rate. Billing recurs automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date until you cancel.

4.3 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on the JobPulse website at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to active subscribers no less than 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your payment details are held by Paddle and governed by their terms and privacy policy. JobPulse does not store your card information.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to JobPulse may be suspended until payment is successfully collected. Paddle will attempt to retry failed payments according to their standard procedures.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting contact@jobpulseapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to JobPulse until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued on cancellation.

Refund Policy

Payments for JobPulse subscriptions are generally non-refundable. The following exception applies:

If you are charged for a subscription renewal and contact us at contact@jobpulseapp.com within 48 hours of that charge, we will issue a full refund of that renewal payment upon request. This applies to renewal charges only, not to the first payment following a trial period.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use JobPulse on your own computer for personal job searching purposes.

Delivery of Service

JobPulse is a digital product delivered electronically. Access to the extension is granted automatically upon successful payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery.

Availability and Updates

We aim to keep JobPulse functional and up to date. However, because JobPulse reads content from third-party websites, changes to those websites may temporarily affect how the extension operates. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Updates to the extension are included with an active subscription and will be delivered when available. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of JobPulse at any time.

Intellectual Property

All rights in JobPulse — including the extension code, design, brand, and documentation — are owned by Individual Entrepreneur Daria Petrova. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of JobPulse is prohibited.

Privacy

Your use of JobPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using JobPulse, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

JobPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that JobPulse will detect every job post or that notifications will be delivered without delay.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Individual Entrepreneur Daria Petrova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of JobPulse, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, loss of data, or costs of obtaining substitute services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of JobPulse shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (Republic of Georgia). Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of JobPulse shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of JobPulse after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
