What Information We Collect

When you sign up or make a purchase

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your preferred notification channel (Telegram or Slack)
• Job titles you are searching for (optional, provided voluntarily)

During extension setup

• Your job search URL — used to configure which search page the extension monitors. Treated as personal data.
• Your Telegram or Slack connection details — used solely to deliver notifications to your own account. We do not store your Telegram or Slack credentials beyond what is necessary for delivery.
• Your keyword preferences — the job title keywords you configure inside the extension.

What the extension does NOT collect

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Deliver and activate your JobPulse subscription
• Provide setup support and respond to your questions
• Send you extension updates when they are available
• Communicate important changes to the service or these policies
• Send you product news and updates, if you have opted in to receive them

We do not use your information for profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for JobPulse transactions. Paddle collects and processes your payment card details directly — we do not receive, store, or have access to your card information.

Paddle's handling of your payment data is governed by Paddle's Privacy Policy.

What We Will Never Do

• Sell your personal data to anyone, under any circumstances
• Share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes
• Use your data for purposes beyond delivering and supporting JobPulse
• Send you emails unrelated to your subscription or, if you have opted in, product news and updates

Data Storage and Retention

Your information is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to deliver and support your subscription. When you cancel your subscription and your access period ends, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@jobpulseapp.com and we will action it promptly.

International Data Transfers

JobPulse is operated from Georgia (Republic of Georgia). If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in Georgia.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
